Weltweit größte Online-Plattform für Wintersport entsteht

Die weltweit meistbesuchte Wintersport-Webseite OnTheSnow.com expandiert. Sie erwirbt die norwegische Skiinfo AS und damit den Betreiber der in Europa führenden Ski- und Snowboard Plattform Skiinfo.com. OnTheSnow wird von der Mountain News Corporation (MNC), einer Tochtergesellschaft der Vail Resorts, betrieben. Mit dieser Übernahme entsteht ab Februar 2012 die größte globale Online-Plattform für Wintersport.

OnTheSnow erweitert mit der Übernahme von Skiinfo seine Reichweite. Die Mountain News Corporation setzt damit verstärkt auf den europäischen Markt und rechnet im Segment Ski Alpin mit Besucherzahlen von jährlich mehr als 23 Millionen weltweit. Die zusammengeführten Unternehmen bedienen in 14 Sprachen insgesamt 20 Länder.

Als Internet-Portal für Schneeberichte, 1996 im norwegischen Oslo gegründet, wuchs die Skiinfo-Gruppe international und eröffnete Büros in Frankreich, Italien und Osteuropa. Durch die Übernahme der XNX GmbH mit Sitz in Münster im Jahr 2008, erweiterte sich das Portfolio um die Portale www.xc-ski.de und www.bergleben.de. Heute ist Skiinfo das europaweit größte Wintersport-Online-Netzwerk und zentrale Quelle für Schneeberichte, Skigebietsinformationen und redaktionelle Meldungen rund um den Wintersport. Allein im Jahr 2011 haben 11 Millionen User die Seiten besucht.

Rinderfilet mit Barolosauce / Barolosoße

Lange habe ich an diesem Rezept gefeilt bis ich es "perfekt" hatte. Deshalb möchte ich es Euch nicht vorenthalten:

Für die Sauce (4 Portionen):
- Olivenöl
- Ingwer: ein Daumengroßes Stück in feine Scheiben geschnitten
- Knoblauch: Eine Knolle, horizontal halbiert
- Thymian: eine Handvoll
- 2 Lorbeerblätter
- Champignons: 200 Gramm, in Scheiben geschnitten
- Zwiebel oder Schalotte: 1 - 2, fein gewürfekt
- Barolo - oder ein anderer kräftiger Rotwein: 1 Flasche
- Rinderfonds oder Kalbsfond: 400 ml
- Maggi - Herzhafte Rinderbrühe (instant): 1 Esslöffel
- Sahne: 100 ml
- Butter: 50 Gramm oder Mondamin Soßenbinder - Dunkel
- Williams Sonoma: Beef Demi-Glace : Falls verfügbar. Es geht auch ohne, aber dieses geniale Produkt verleiht einen wirklich tollen Geschmack.
- Pfeffer & Salz: Nach Bedarf

Für das Rinderfilet:
Pro Person je 200 - 250 Gramm Rinderfilet

Die Sauce (oder Soße?) dauert mind. 3 Stunden, daher frühzeitig anfangen:
Olivenöl in einem Saucentopf erhitzen
Die beiden halben Knollen im heißen Olivenöl anbraten und dann aus der Knolle rausholen, die Schale wegschmeissen, den Knoblauch weiter anbraten.

Zwiebeln und Ingwer zugeben und weiter anbraten, dann die Pilze beifügen und den Thymian. Alles anbraten, bis die Pilze anfangen Wasser zu verlieren. Lorbeer beifügen

Mit dem Rinderfonds (oder Kalbsfonds) löschen und auf höchster Flamme kochen lassen bis das "Gemüse" nur noch ein bißchen bedeckt ist. Einen Esslöffel Maggi Rindergranulat beifügen und die Flasche Rotwein eingießen.

Ein Wort zum Rotwein: Ich habe verschiedene Weine probiert. Am Besten ist tatsächlich Barolo, alternativ wird es auch mit Rioja gut. Auf gar keinen Fall sollte man am Wein sparen, man schmeckt es sofort, wenn hier ein billiger Wein verkocht wird.

Alles kochen lassen, bis der Wein ca. auf die Hälfte eingekocht ist. Dann alles durch ein Sieb in einen zweiten Topf abgießen. Unbedingt das "Gemüse" gut ausdrücken, da hier der beste Geschmack steckt.

Wieder auf hoher Flamme kochen lassen. Jetzt die Sahne unterrühren und falls vorhanden mit dem genialen Williams Sonoma Beef Demi Glace abschmecken. Alternativ kann man auch etwas mehr Maggi Rindergranulat für den echten Fleischgeschmack beifügen. Wer viel Zeit hat, kann auch schon zu Beginn der Arbeiten Rinderfett (beispielsweise wenn man ein ganzes Filet verarbeitet hat oder Entrecote nimmt) oder Markknochen auslassen, dies ist mir aber meistens zu aufwändig.

Mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und dann mit kalter Butter (oder Mondamin) die Soße eindicken.

Das Rinderfilet:
Ich mag es ja Medium Rare, daher beziehen sich auch die Zeitangaben dadrauf:

Das Rinderfilet schon frühzeitig aus dem Kühlschrank holen. Es sollte Zimmertemperatur haben, aber auch nicht zu lange draußen liegen.

Das Filet mit flüssiger Butter bestreichen. Backofen auf 70 Grad Celsius vorheizen.
Das Filet auf einen weißen Porzellanteller geben und dann ab in den Backofen.

Ca. 45 Minuten im Backofen lassen.

Kurz vor Ablauf der Zeit eine Steakpfanne mit Öl und Butter erhitzen. In dem Moment wo die Butter anfängt zu rauchen, das Steak aus dem Backofen holen und je Seite noch 1 Minute bei hoher Hitze anbraten. Etwas Salz und Pfeffer und ab auf den (vorgewärmten) Teller.

Dazu passen Serviettenknödel oder Kartoffelpüree.

In a post from August 2007 I both declared my passion for steak and gave my list for the best steaks. It is time to update this list with actual additions to the 10 out of 10 rank:

Saltlik, Banff, Alberta, Canada - The New York Peppercorn is the best steak in the world.
Karstadt, Muenster, NRW, Germany - Actually a shopping mall, you can have steak inside the supermarket area. Serves the best steak in Germany. Decent price, cooked to your liking.
Hideaway Steakhouse, Westminster/Denver, Colorado, USA - been there twice and their rib-eye (both the bone-in and the boneless) are a perfect 10. Consider the mushroom reduction as a sauce. I was also impressed with the price value!
Fire & Water @ Marriott, Victoria, BC, Canada - Very good steak, unfortunately the ambiance is a bit too "standardised hotel restaurant" for my taste.

Wolfgangs Steakhouse, New York, NY, USA - Great steak, good service. Ex-Peter Luger Personell.
Al Capone's Hideaway & Steakhouse, St.Charles, IL, USA - Authentic Atmosphere, good for groups, amazing T-Bone.
Bella Napoli, Stuttgart, Germany - Nice italian restaurant. The barolo sauce on the filet of beef is unbeatable.
Trattoria Salvatore, Münster, Germany - Consistently the best fine-dining italian in Münster. But also consistently the filet is prepared to perfection and with an amazing barolo sauce.
Alan Wong, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - not really a steak place, but rather fine dining. But when we were there they had a steak tasting menu that was excellent and - oh what an irony - we had the best German Riesling ever on Hawaii.

Unfortunately while adding to the list above (which is a good thing) I also have to tell you to stay away from a place Yelp`s users consider to be among "the best meatplaces in San Francisco": House of Prime Rib on Nob Hill is awful. It is neither great meat, nor great service or atmosphere. Never again!

Mit Skiinfo kommen wir immer wieder in die Diskussion welches die wichtigsten Skigebiete für unsere User sind. Diese sollten in etwa auch den beliebtesten Skigebieten der Deutschen entsprechen. Nachdem Searchmetrics zusammen mit BestFewo einen Suchmaschinenindex für Ferienwohnungen herausgegeben haben - heraus kam, dass die Regionen am Meer am beliebtesten sind - haben wir uns intern zusammen gesetzt und über unsere Traffic-Analyse (Skiinfo Global - Nutzungsvergalten deutscher User) und verschiedene Keyword-Tools eine Rangfolge der zwanzig wichtigsten Skigebiete aus Traffic/User-Sicht von Skifahrern aus Deutschland erstellt. Sind dies die besten Skigebiete der Alpen? Die besten Skigebiete im deutschsprachigen Raum? Oder profitieren einige Bergbahnen einfach von ihrer Örtlichkeit (bspw. Lexware Update von Business Office Pro 2009 auf Financial Office Premium 2011

Nach zwei Jahren guten Erfahrungen mit der Lexware Komplettlösung Business Office Pro 2009 war es für uns Zeit eine Aktualisierung zu prüfen. Da die neue Version Financial Office Premium 2011 in einer Aktion zu sehr guten Konditionen (einmalige Gebühr 0 € statt 899 €) zu bekommen war, haben wir zugeschlagen. Hauptgrund weiter bei Lexware zu bleiben, war aber die irrige Annahme, dass die Datenübernahme/Update problemlos laufen würde.

Schon beim Start der Datensicherung von LX Pro 2009 ging es los: Bei der Datensicherung stürtzte Framework.exe ab... im Anschluß ging nichts mehr. Lexware ließ sich nicht mehr starten, weil die Datenbank nicht mehr da war. Der Dienst am Server war beendet und ließ sich nicht mehr starten (Der Dienst Adaptive Anywhere... LX... wurde gestartet und dann wieder angehalten). Also musste ich erstmal nach Wegen suchen den DB-Server wieder ans Laufen bekommen.. leicht wenn man die Tricks kennt:
- Start - Lexware - Datenbankstartart ändern
- Datenbankstartart ändern auf "Eintrag im Startmenü"
- Mit dem erzeugten Eintrag im Startmenü lässt sich jetzt die blockierte Datenbank wieder starten (danach kann man die Startart auch wieder problemlos auf "Dienst" umstellen).

Also die Datensicherung nochmal durchgeführt (von einem anderen Client!) - diesmal alles OK.

Kopie der Datensicherung erstellt (!!)

Lexware Premium 2011 installiert - die Installation lief problemlos durch, inkl. der Nachfrage ob der Daten übernehmen soll (habe ich bejaht).

Beim ersten Start sah es direkt danach aus, als wäre alles perfekt. Meine drei Firmen waren da, das Supervisor-Passwort war richtig hinterlegt etc.

Beim Start meiner Hauptfirma dann die Meldung: Die Datenbank muss aktualisiert werden, führen sie zu erst eine Sicherung aus.

Alle Schritte zur Sicherung durchgeführt. Kein Problem.

Datenbankaktualisierung gestartet (auf einem Windows 7 / 64 bit Client)

Zu erst sah alles gut aus, bis dann irgendwann kurz vor Ende mal wieder die "Framework.exe" abgestürzt ist.

Ich hab mir nix dabei gedacht und unverdrossen Lexware wieder gestartet. Hmm, da waren doch vorher 3 Firmen, statt 2 ... na gut, die eigentliche Hauptfirma (wir haben eine Testfirma, eine produktive Firma und die Lexware-Standard-Firma) war ja noch da. Also wieder versucht ins Programm zu kommen... wieder die Meldung "Datenbank muss aktualisiert werden"... wieder gestartet, wieder Absturz Framework.exe beim "bearbeiten des Firmenübergreifenden Bereichs"... das Ganze nochmal... auf einmal stand ich ohne Firma da.

Datenbanktools gestartet, auf Rücksicherung durchführen geklickt... kommt doch glatt die Meldung: Es wurde keine Firma gefunden, bitte führen Sie eine Rücksicherung durch. Um die Rücksicherung aber durchzuführen... braucht man mind. eine Firma.
Ungefähr so wie bei der Telekom: Informationen über aktuelle Internetstörungen finden Sie im Internet.

Argh... irgendwie musste ich den Teufelskreis durchbrechen und Lexware wieder zu einer Firma bringen. Also eine manuelle "Rücksicherung" aus der letzten Version (nach Update) durchgeführt:
DB-Server stoppen
Alle Dateien aus der Sicherungszip in den Datenbankordner kopieren... jeweils überschreiben!
DB-Server neustarten

Firmen wieder da.
Statt auf die "Datenaktualisierungs-Falle" einzugehen, gleich auf "Datenrücksicherung durchführen" gegangen und diesmal die vorletzte Version gewählt (die Datensicherung aus Pro 2009)... Datenbank aktualisierung durchgeführt... alles läuft.

6 Stunden für ein Update, dass in einer hätte erledigt werden sollen. Vielen Dank Haufe!

Langlauf

Langlauf ist ein Sport der aktuell sehr im Kommen ist... das merken wir auch an unserem Langlauf-Portal in Deutschland. Die Keywords rund um Langlauf werden wettbewerbsintensiver, insbesondere im Bereich der Industrie bzw. der Online-Händler beobachten wir in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal einen Wettkampf um produktorientierte Keywords. Gott sei Dank ist der Wettbewerb in der Sportindustrie beim Thema SEO aber noch sehr moderat im Vergleich zu anderen Branchen.

E-Commerce orientierte Keywords werden bei SEOMOZ immer noch mit moderater Keyword Difficulty (zwischen 30% und 40% geratet.

Ironman Hawaii 2010

In wenigen Tagen ist es wieder soweit... in Hawaii startet der Event mit Mythos-Charakter. Nachdem ich im Mai für drei Wochen auf Hawaii war, fällt es mir in diesem Jahr wirklich schwer die ganzen Berichte zu verfolgen... habe Sehnsucht und will wieder auf die Insel :-)

Google Street View - here be dragons?

Habe gerade mit Genuss einen Artikel auf Zeit Online von mspr0 gelesen: Here be dragons... so wie sich früher vor den Drachen an den Rändern der Welt fürchteten, fürchten wir uns heute vor dem engmaschigen Netz von Google. Auch wenn ich ein großes Mißbrauchspotenzial bei der immer weitergehenden Vernetzung des Internets erkennen kann, in USA die Versicherungen gegen "Identity Theft" boomen und absehbar ist, dass so einige Sci-Fi-Szenarien in wenigen Jahren zur Realität werden: Embrace Change. Die neuen mobilen Services und Social Media können unser Leben leichter machen... nie mehr ohne Google Maps in einer fremden Stadt, schon im Vorfeld wissen wie mein Hotel aussieht, mit Nokia OVI navigieren, während der Messe unser CRM aufrufen und natürlich direkt den Klatsch und Tratsch an meine Freunde weitergeben... frei nach dem Motto: "Dass muss ich XX erzählen". I like!

It has been quite a long time since my last post. A lot of things have moved, a lot of things have changed. By now I am the sole CEO of XNX - a responsibility I did not ask for... but definitely a challenge to take on.

On Friday we have launched a new project that is a dramatic next step in the development of XNX and Skiinfo: Bergleben.de
Based on our successful portals Bike2b.com and Mountains2b.com we added a regional layer with activity details such as Bikeparks, GPX-Tours and Climbing destinations.

The launch is always just a first step - the project will need to live and develop, something we are looking forward to do.

Ski2b.com Relaunch

Wow, after a lot of work we have finally released a new version of our main portal focussed on Ski Weltcup: Ski2b.com

It has been very quiet from my side for the last three months and the main reason for that was work work work. With the new Ski2b.com live (after a very impressive teamwork from our tech and editorial departments) and the new Skiinfo.de launching in a couple of weeks I finally found the spare time and motivation to post again.

The new look & feel will be applied to all of our 2b-portals in the next months and you can expect some further structural changes. E.g. all snow reporting will happen on Skiinfo side in the future.

Also both sides are growing together nicely without some of the frills I have seen in other "mergers that actually are a takeover" ;-) No really, a cultural fit should be your main concern when integrating two companies as it will make things so much easier.

I will post again in a couple of days with an update on Wakeboarding. The summer is basically over, but I have tested three more spots lately:

- Hamm (my new homebase)

Soccer and Pageimpressions

There are some things that no marketing campaign can buy... having a product that is rare and that a lot of people want is the best way.

One of our clients was able to offer a limited number of tickets along with travel for the Quarter Final Germany - Portugal. As they usually have travel packages that are targeted at VIP customers for selected Bundesliga Games, their website was in the middle of season break = hibernation = no traffic at all.

Then they got word that they could offer tickets. One hour after Germany won against Austria the package went online . Yesterday night the offer went offline (sold out!). See the curve:

Let`s hope that Germany proceeds all the way to the finals... we will see a curve like that after/before every game :-)

It`s been over a month since my last post - damn it. In the meantime we have made quite some progress. Accounting, controlling and setting up new processes takes a big chunk of my daily work. But we definitely see a lot of progress... a major piece of work - in fact one that we had been working on since February 2007 has now been closed and I am very proud and honoured to post the official press release. On Sunday I am off to vacation in Israel - 30°C and sun is the forecast... with zero skidays this winter I am all ready for the summer.

Skiinfo AS acquires XNX GmbH

Skiinfo.com, the leading network of Snow Resort information in Europe with Headquarters in Oslo (Norway) is taking over XNX GmbH. It was agreed that the purchase price for Germany-based XNX and the related Sports2b network is not to be disclosed.

The decision was made based on a successful collaboration in the past, complementary product portfolios and markets. Skiinfo is the leading provider of Ski Resort data and up-to-date snow- and weather information in Italy, Scandinavia and France. More than 1000 ski resorts in Europe are being updated on a daily basis. The takeover will provide Skiinfo with a strong presence in Germany and Austria.

Since 1997 XNX has built up its own Sports2b-Network and has extensive experience in the Online-Wintersport market. Taking over the maintenance of skiinfo.de and .nl is a logical step for the editorial department of XNX, while Skiinfo closes a gap on the map. Another advantage is XNX’s PR Distribution, which is being used by well-known Tourism Associations of the Alps. It will provide additional content to Skiinfo’s users, ranging from exclusive news to the latest event information.

XNX will have a seat on the board of directors of Skiinfo AS. All former XNX-shareholders are now shareholders of Skiinfo AS and will remain on board, being strongly committed to the future growth of the new company. The current product portfolio of XNX will be continued with the same employees and new features and extensions are already under development. The product portfolios of both companies will be integrated step by step to further improve the service towards skiresorts.

European Search Engine Maturity

It`s done... I have spoken at SES. First of all, I`d like to say that I truely enjoyed it and that I believe that Mike Grehan and Kevin Ryan (and all the others that are not in the spotlight) did a terrific job organising SES London. It was a great experience and I went home invigorated and with a list of action items for XNX.

During my session about European Search Engine Marketing, I provided my (purely subjective and based on gut-feeling) view on Search Engine Maturity in different markets:

•USA (SEO 2008) – Universal, Blended Search, Local
•UK / Germany / Netherlands (SEO 2007) – Leading in Europe
•Scandinavia (SEO 2005) – Skilled users, SEs are still working on local language
•Eastern Europe (SEO 1999) – Strong competition and expansion, grey hat still works

Now this has been an item I did get quite some feedback on... with people asking me about my opinions on Spain, France and South America. I must admit that I cannot comment on these as I have no experience whatsoever. However I would like to provide a couple of bullet-points on why I believe in the view above based on a few examples:

UK / Germany / Netherlands: In terms of Universal and blended Search, I see the things starting to materialise now that Mike warned us about in May 2007. Also Google gets better at understanding stemming in these languages and it is a longer process to get a very competitive positioning.

Scandinavia: In Norway we do see that small, basic measures (e.g. URL rewrite) can still have an enourmous effect within days. In Finland I see that Google is not necessarily the market leader for the long tail (watch this video to understand what long tail means in a language as complex as Finish).

Eastern Europe: Now this is an interesting one. I have two reasons for my assessment. In Poland I have seen sites applying a massive amount of grey hat or black hat tactics... with a lot of success. Subjectively I`d say, that they don`t get banned as easily / fast as they would in Germany or the US. That is probably due to the competition from local players (that do a better job at understanding the local language) such as Netsprint and Onet. In Czech Republic seznam.cz is still the market leader with just over 70% market share. And their spidering process looks 1999 to me: They still have huge problems with dynamic pages... especially if you have parameter based URLs.

I would be interested in hearing varying opinions on this.

2008 - as said previously it is an exciting start into a new challenge.

XnX is a small company that has an amazing product portfolio - specifically related to its size.

First there is the XnX Sports2b Network of very strong portals:

The winter keeps us busy with the usual suspects troubling us (adservers needing performance upgrades, ...).

It is a very different environment from the big corporations. First of all: when ever you ask someone at XnX how long it takes or what the effort is, you hear "10 minutes". And you get a lot of things done immediately. At the same time every project manager knows that it is the little tasks that always get underestimated and in the end block delivery of the bigger workpackages. Some work to be done on that front ;-)

On the other end there is the management of the business which has to do with meeting customers and representing the company.

I was very happy to be invited to speak at SES London. It is my first SES and I am going to speak on two panels:

Big Site, Big Search: All about how to tackle those sites with thousands or even millions of pages.
European SEO: All about diversity and I am sure I ll be able to use some of the lessons I have learned from my friend Jan Brasna on the workings of the emerging markets (believe it or not, there is SE`s other then Google out there!)

Let`s say I am not bored :-)

Windows on Macbook Pro - No bootable device

As I am in Chicago I have made use of the great euro to dollar value and have bought myself a Macbook Pro... well, first thing I am doing is trying to install Windows XP SP2 with Bootcamp (Leopard).

And - of course, me being a newbie - I get trouble five minutes after trying: Black screen, alarm beeps from the drive, cursor blinking, no reaction. Wanted to link back to two very helpful articles:

Last days

Today marks my last day on a project within Accenture. After over a year in the directories industry I am wrapping up and will move forward.
Starting January 2008 I ll be Managing Director of XnX GmbH... where a good injection of external skills will be needed to grow the existing sport portals further. I am extremely excited about this opportunity as I ll be able to make full use of various skills. The ability to determine and influence every function in that company will make it a hugely difference experience to the political environments I have been in on most of my projects. At the same time I am going from 180.000 people in 48 countries to 15 people in 1 country. It will feel VERY small, but there will be major changes early 2008 that will probably grow us into 40 people running portals in 8 different countries. Let's see.

I ll keep you posted. For now I can't imagine that I ll be "without" work tomorrow.

It's been a couple of months by now since my client moved to London.... and its been a couple of weeks since my last post. Actually we spent a wonderful vacation on Vancouver Island - the place I learned to love when I studied at UViC. I ll try to post some pictures soon, but have not managed to even look at them yet.

I am back deeply into SEO and Project Management... and am excited about my first SES, coming 24.October... stay tuned.

Boat Trip in Amsterdam

Another one about "what to do in Amsterdam". I ve been in this city for 9 months now, but have seen not enough. Work has been a lot, but great... but it keeps you from going out at night. Besides the infamous Leidseplein - where you can have a good steak, the best ice cream in the world or watch kids doing strange things - I have not seen too much of Amsterdam downtown. Fortunately one of our colleagues decided to change this and took us on a boat trip in a small float. Equipped with Beer, Pizza and good music, we toured the canals of the inner city. One highlight of course being the redlight district. It's cozy to stop under a bridge when it starts raining and great to see the lovely homes that have taken hold of some older industrial areas.

Amsterdam is a cool place to be and the atmosphere is amazing. If you haven't been, you should change this asap.

BTW: I just mentioned the word "Steak" - which brings me to my favourite food. Even though I eat a lot of Steak, I am always tracking quality.

Bella Napoli, Stuttgart, Germany - Nice italian restaurant. The barolo sauce on the filet of beef is unbeatable.

There is plenty on 8 out of 10 with the Gauchos Leidseplein, Amsterdam being very close to 9 out of 10. Yummie. Now off to a prime rib at the QCenter :-)

Austr(al)ian Wedding - Congratulations Gabrielle & Georg!

Sanne and I just spend a wonderful weekend in Steria (Steiermark) in Austria. Our friends Gabrielle & Georg had invited us to their wedding and it turned out really nice. It was an Austr(al)ian wedding with both traditional Austrian elements and some nice touch from Oz.

Things to do in Amsterdam

Amsterdam - one of the coolest cities in the world. The name itself is associated with "Sex, Drugs and Rock" - well, the Hard Rock Amsterdam really is great. Now if you are in Amsterdam for business you will realise soon that the city has much more to offer than just platitudes. Ijselmeer and the coast are very close, good infrastructure and good food - at least if you like Frites Speciaal.

Yesterday I convinced colleagues to make use of the ability to do watersports... wakeboarding of course being my top priority in that respect. With some research I found this excellent, cozy place called WakeboardSchool Amsterdam. They are right outside Amsterdam, just 15 minutes via Tram 26 from Amsterdam Centraal. In a nice surrounding they have a patio that is perfect for having a barbecue and a trampoline so you can train your new moves "offline".

On top of this they operate really nice wakeboardingboats from Correct Craft and have excellent drivers/teachers. We went there with a couple of colleagues and those that tried wakeboarding where up and riding in no time. Excellent! It really is a nice thing to do for a team event.
